Clear and Transparent Communication

We provide data, and images with real-time notes at each milestone so you can track where we are as we go through the project.

All of our design or construction agreements are in writing and include specifics on the whole scope of work that the homeowner wants us to complete. Following that, we produce a "fixed cost" project construction agreement that includes information on everything from modification orders to warranty information. Everything is written down and signed by all parties, so everyone knows what to expect, how much it will cost, and how much work will be involved. Our straightforward approach eliminates misunderstandings that might derail a project and result in delays, frustrations, or additional costs.

Work Guarantee and Accountability
As part of our construction agreement, we provide a written warranty on labor and materials. If a problem emerges, we will return to resolve it. We resolve the issue and put things right.
